Janis M. Laliberte
Janis is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law and was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 1987. She has served as a Special Master in the Milford and Bridgeport Superior Court, as well as in contested custody matters at the Regional Family Trial Docket. Janis has also acted as a private mediator regarding complex financial cases and custody matters.
In addition to the other services the firm provides, Janis – in her over 30 years of professional practice – has been a devoted and committed advocate for minor children in custody cases, serving both as a Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney for Minor Children appointed by the court.
